  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    Your order will be process as soon as possible. Most of orders get processed within 2 working days, bulk orders take up to 3 working days. You will receive an email with order and tracking information once your order is processed.

    The estimated time of delivery is 2 to 5 working days for NZ national wide.

  • How will the delivery be done?

    We try to process all deliveries through CourierPost.

    If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

  • What is Herbalsland's return policy?

    Our 100% buyer protection program allows for easy returns if the product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality. Products must be of acceptable quality, that is:
    *Fit for their normal purposes
    *Acceptable in finish and appearance
    All products must be returned in their original condition.

    Herbalsland reserves the right not to offer return & refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

  • How about Change of Mind?

    Herbalsland doesn't accept Change of Mind returns. It is strongly recommended that you read the product descriptions before making the purchase.

  • How will I be refunded?

    Please send an email to sales@herbalsland.co.nz with images of defective products within 3 working days of delivery, please mention your order number in the email. We will process your request of return & refund as soon as possible.

    Depending on the type of card used it usually takes from 3 to 5 business days for a refund to be credited, following approval.
